To mail photos please follow the suggestions below to ensure minimal damage during transit.
Photos that are torn, have missing pieces or spots and stains can, in most cases, look like new again. Start preserving your timeless memories today! To send photos, contact us via e-mail for the physical address It is recommended that you take the following steps when mailing photos: 1. Have a good duplicate of the original made. It's rare that photos get lost in the mail, but the possibility does exist (we are not responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail). 2. Use a photo mailer or sandwich the photo between two pieces of stiff cardboard. Write "Do Not Bend" clearly on the envelope. 3. Send it "Priority Mail" or any way that gives you a tracking number.
Note: It's a good idea to e-mail us when you your mail photos so we can let you know they have safely arrived.
Please allow two to three weeks turnaround time. When possible, a proof will be sent to you via e-mail.
